In the heart of the charming village of Hunspach, Kelsch’idée is much more than just a craft shop: it’s a vibrant place, driven by the energy and passion of Simone. Here, the traditional Alsatian fabric, the kelsch, is king. It tells the story of our homes, our clothes, our traditions. In a warm atmosphere, Simone generously shares the treasures of the past in a small museum she has created herself, as a nod to the time of her great-grandmother.
Each visit is a meeting, a discovery. Simone doesn’t just sell objects: she tells stories, explains, and shares. With enthusiasm, she invites everyone to immerse themselves in this Alsatian cultural heritage, blending memories of the past with today’s craftsmanship.
